NY- What is your nationality?

Carmen- Scottish

NY- Tell us where we might know you from?
Carmen– Hell, people know me but not sure how! Lol! Twitter, myspace, facebook.  But mostly from a lot of features on websites and recently featured in Zaria Magazine. I also was in an episode of Tabatha’s Takeover on Bravo.  Surprised how many people recognized me!

Carmen– About  4yrs

NY- I see that you are very fit how long have you been working out?
Carmen- This is going to give away my age, but about 20yrs
 
NY- Give me an exercise that I can do, that will help me later in the bed room?
Carmen– Pushups and if you wanna be with me lots of cardio!
 
NY- What is your sexiest feature and why?
Carmen – My eyes and my glutes/legs.  When you see me in person first thing people say is
“wow your eyes are amazing” got some crazy blue eyes and looks like they crystals. 
Don’t  think I got to say why I feel like my glutes/legs are, just look at the pics!
 
NY- Are you on or off the market?
Carmen– On the market.  But really hoping to find my prince charming real soon!

NY- What is the ideal man for you?
Carmen– Great sense of humor, 1st and foremost.  But being straight up, caring and they need swag!
 
NY- If your sex drive was a speed limit sign, what would be your speed limit?
Carmen- Oh wow! Ya’ll would get speeding tickets keeping up with me!

NY- What other projects have you done and what do you have on the up and coming?                                                                                                                                                                Carmen-  Been featured on many different websites.  In the first issue of Zaria Magazine and will be in Urban Ink Magazine in the near future. Did a small scene in Mike West’s music video coming out soon. I will be working on my own calendar and workout DVD’s this spring/summer.

NY - What other accomplishments do you want in your career?                                                                                                                                                                                               Carmen- Would love to own my own Personal Training Studio
 
NY- On twitter you have a lot of fans anything you want to say to them?                                                                                                                                                                                

Carmen- Everyone on twitter is extremely supportive! They are always encouraging and willing to help a girl get her name out there! Thanks to all my followers on twitter for being so great!
 
NY- Any advice you want to share with young girls that want to follow you in the fitness world?             

Carmen– START NOW! People always ask why I say my true age! Why not? I look younger then most models who are a lot younger then me. I started working out and taking care of myself at a young age and I am in the best shape of my life right  now.  I forget how old I am sometimes because my body and mind feels young as hell! Take care of yourself and you won’t need nips and tucks! Important to me to look my best for myself mostly but I want my man to look at me when I am 60 and still be like “DAMN”!

NY- If you were my sundae, what would you want on you?                                                                                                                                                                                                               Carmen-chocolate or whipped cream – I am greedy! I want both!
